Useful for BILL PAYMENT ONLY.
It’s useful only for bill payment. But is useless to lodge a complaint. It stops dead whenever tried to register a complaint. This review was made about a year ago and they haven’t paid any attention to it. Only sending excessive bills. ₹1190/- for 10 units. Please Respond the concerned officials. Addition on 25th July 2021.. The app becomes dead as written earlier. And these people aren’t providing any attention to correct it. I want to remove that single star also.mvbhaktha , 27/07/2024
Update on 27th August 2024.
It crashes while pressing the online complaint tab, but never crashes while accepting the bill payment.
Registering a complaint by calling, is also a tedious process.
The automated voice only counts the number of the complainant, and as soon as you reach the number one, the phone becomes dead.
Great service.
No hopes for improvements.
Page gets stuck
After making a successful payment the page generates a receipt and then I am unable to "close" that page and there is no "back" button to go back to "Home" page - I need to restart my mobile device everytime I make a payment which is highly inconvenient. After 16 hours the app is still stuck in the payment receipt generated page, it didn't go back to home page - pathetic
